When we launched Patika web3 in March 2022, our goal was to build the most structured onboarding experience for developers to web3. We planned to work with the leading web3 ecosystems to introduce developers to new technologies and help them launch their projects & careers. These plans resulted in successful partnerships with NEAR and Harmony ZKU.ONE, helping 2,600+ developers across 64 countries take their first steps into web3 technologies.

In these two months, we’ve been amazed by the openness of web3 communities. ITU Blockchain was one of them. It is rare to see such a welcoming community in other areas. We believe we should benefit from this momentum to onboard more people to web3, help them understand implications of this new technology on our world, and make more informed career decisions.

So, today we are happy to announce our partnership with ITU Blockchain!

About ITU Blockchain

ITU Blockchain is the first blockchain-focused university student club in Turkey. It was started in 2018 with a group of students passionate about decentralization under the Computer Science department of Istanbul Technical University (ITU), one of the best technical universities in the country. Since then, the community grew its impact beyond ITU: It now works with anyone interested in blockchain technology, produces content, and organizes events. 

The community even became a Challenge Winner and won the Best Team Award at Avalanche Barcelona Hackathon LayerZero Best NFT Usecase. They took the 2nd place on AvalancheHacks in İstanbul and Algorand Bounty Hack in Turkey. They’ve also been the winners of Algorand Global Bounty Hack.
