- Have a bachelor’s degree or graduating soon
- Have strong communication skills, and excellent written communication skills in English
- Are tech-savvy and eager to take on new skills in technical troubleshooting
- Familiar with AI concepts and the curiosity to actively and continuously learn AI tools in customer support function for a diverse customer base with varying technical and non-technical backgrounds.
- Have a willingness to make a long-term commitment to Jotform as an employee
- Are interested with customer service experience (bonus points for SaaS/tech startup customer support experience)
-Are a humble and friendly person who takes pride in helping people
- Have strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and follow through
- Have the ability to diagnose and solve problems with varying complexity, focusing on the customer's needs and quickly and successfully implement solutions
- Have excellent verbal and written communication – you can explain complex issues in simple terms and adapt your tone for different users
Location
*Bootcamp: Online: At least 90% attendance is required for successful completion of the program.
*Job Location: Participants who successfully pass all stages of the program will be offered on-site positions at Jotform’s offices in Ankara, İzmir (İzmir İYTE, Urla), and Istanbul (VadiIstanbul Bilişim Vadisi)

- Video Interview: We’ll conduct a video interview with selected candidates who meet the basic qualifications based on their application form evaluations.
- English Proficiency Test: Applicants who successfully pass the video interview will be invited to an online English Proficiency Test, including grammar, listening, reading, writing and speaking. More details will be shared prior to the test invitation.
- Acceptance: Your results will be reviewed and assessed in line with the Bootcamp requirements, and successful participants will be rewarded with the opportunity to attend the program.
About Bootcamp:
Bootcamp Hours: Weekends 10:00–15:00 h, Weekdays (3 days only) 19:00–21:00 h
Attending Jotform’s Technical Support and Customer Support Bootcamps is a fast-paced and intensive experience, and we’ll train you to be the best. Our programs cover:
