- Are interested with customer service experience (bonus points for SaaS/tech startup customer support experience),

- Have strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and follow through,
- Have the ability to diagnose and solve problems with varying complexity, focusing on the customer's needs and quickly and successfully implement solutions,
- Have excellent verbal and written communication – you can explain complex issues in simple terms and adapt your tone for different users.
*Job Location: Participants who successfully pass all stages of the program will be offered on-site positions at Jotform’s offices in Ankara, İzmir (İzmir İYTE, Urla), and Istanbul (VadiIstanbul Bilişim Vadisi)
*Coding experience is not required within the scope of this program.
*If you successfully complete this program, you'll have the chance to be hired. In order to meet the recruitment criteria you should meet the criteria in the title of "Who Should Apply?"
- Complete your application form confirming your interest.
- Video Interview: We’ll conduct a video interview with selected candidates who meet the basic qualifications based on their application form evaluations.
- English Proficiency Test: Applicants who successfully pass the video interview will be invited to an online English Proficiency Test, including grammar, listening, reading, writing and speaking. More details will be shared prior to the test invitation.
- Acceptance: Your results will be reviewed and assessed in line with the Bootcamp requirements, and successful participants will be rewarded with the opportunity to attend the program.
About Bootcamp:
Online: At least 90% attendance is required for successful completion of the program.
Bootcamp Hours: Weekends 10:00–15:00 h, Weekdays (3 days only) 19:00–21:00 h
Attending Jotform’s Technical Support and Customer Support Bootcamps is a fast-paced and intensive experience, and we’ll train you to be the best. Our programs cover:
