1 ️ ⃣ Workshop Day (September 8, 2022): A 2-hour informative session with the Madduck team will be held online.

📋 Workshop Content:

- Why is the subscription model the future of mobile revenue?

- How to monetize your mobile application and start your own business

2 ️ ⃣ Prototype Process (from September 12 to September 26, 2022):

- After the workshop, you will develop an application prototype for 2 weeks.

- Successful application prototypes will be selected by the Madduck team.

3 ️ ⃣ Production Process (range from October 10 to December 12, 2022):

- Participants who succeed in the prototype process will develop their application for 2 months.

- Madduck will provide mentoring support to these participants with their CTO, CPO and AppManager. You can check the contract details for the conditions.

- Also, Madduck will be given a $3000 development price. ($1000 when the app is selected; it will be paid $2000 on full delivery of the app.)

✍️ Prototype Process Evaluation Criteria:

- UI/UX (experience and design in terms of use should not force the user)

- Features: It is necessary that the characteristics meet the need in the market. (If there is a new technology/feature to be developed POC It will be requested to be supported.)

- Differentiation from competitors (a feature that is not available to competitors or is served differently)

- An idea with a high level of Stickiness/Retention (The extent to which the benefit/service provided within the application is likely to form a strong bond between the customer and the application)

💲 About the Publishing model: Madduck gives you mentorship and financial support throughout the production process. Once published in the app's Madduck Publishing account, it undertakes and funds all marketing activities to earn users to the app. You grow together by sharing the profits made by the application.
