Video Interview: We will conduct a video interview with selected candidates based on their application form evaluations.
English Proficiency Test: Our candidates will be directed to an online English proficiency test.
Acceptance: We will start the training process with the candidates who have successfully completed all of the processes.

- Customer Service 2.0: soft skills that you need when facing client issues day after day
- Case Studies: real-world examples from a global base of digitally connected users
- Customer Service English Essentials: learn how to structure logical explanations with empathetic language to create a connection with customers
